Mel Edwards
Mel is chairman and majority shareholder of Rubicon Gear. He has been leading the company for over 25 years, is a graduate of USC, and is a former U.S. Army combat infantry officer who served in Vietnam.
President
Ryan Edwards
Ryan became President and minority shareholder of Rubicon Gear in 2009. He has been with the company since 2002, serving in sales and operational management roles. He earned a BA in finance and management from the University of Colorado.
Chief Operations Officer
Robert Hall
Bob joined Rubicon Gear in 2012. He has over 25 years of experiance as a results oriented leader within Aerospace manufacturing industry.
Engineering
Steve Kissel
Steve has over 20 years experience as an aerospace gear manufacturing engineer. He specializes in engineering process planning, manufacturing systems integration, and cost estimating.
Quality
Basim Gergis
Basim has a BS in mechanical engineering and is certified both as a Quality Auditor and Quality Engineer. He has five years experience in establishing, implementing, and improving quality management systems, and eight years experience in mechanical inspection. Responsible for all aspects of quality at Rubicon Gear, Basim is a member of the American Society for Quality.
Controller
Frank Salazar
Frank is an accounting professional with over 30 years experience in manufacturing environments. He earned his BS in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, and holds an MBA from Cal State Dominguez Hills.
